1.How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 to 3 working days.

However, processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends, or holidays.

Any orders received on Friday are usually shipped on Monday.

Please note that holidays are not included, and this timeframe may be longer during sale or holiday periods.

2.How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. For qualifying orders, we sometimes offer free shipping! Check our current promotions

3. Where can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Just click the link to check the status.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! We’ll send it to your email automatically once your order leaves our studio.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible to update your address. Email: hello@shopjusttrendy.com

6. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?

It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.

Just Trendy Accessories cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

Please contact the delivery company directly if there is any delay.

You can get the most accurate and updated information from the delivery company.

7. What materials are your jewelry made of?

All our pieces are made of stainless steel with 18k gold-plated.

8. What does stainless steel with gold plating mean?

It means the base is stainless steel, coated with a layer of 18k gold for that luxe finish.

9. Do the pieces fade or tarnish?

Our pieces won’t easily tarnish or fade with proper care.

10. Can I shower with my jewelry on?

Although they are resistant, we recommend taking them off before showering to preserve shine.

11. Can I pay in installments or use Klarna, Afterpay, etc.?

Currently, we don’t offer installment payments, but we’re working to add this feature soon.

12. How do I know my ring or chain size?

Each product description includes measurements.

13. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, first and last name, and at least 2 clear photos of the item. If images are not attached, we cannot process a refund or credit.

14. Can I be a brand ambassador or collaborate with you?

Yes! Send us an email with your proposal and add "Ambassador" to the subject line so we can review it quickly. We enjoy partnering with confident, authentic, and creative women.

15. Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

We’re working on one! In the meantime, our frequent shoppers receive special surprises and discounts.

16. Do you offer any discount codes?

17. Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?

Yes, we accept most major credit/debit cards. At the moment, we do not accept PayPal

18. How do I take care of my jewelry?

Store them in a dry place, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or chemicals, and wipe them with a dry cloth.

19. Are the pieces hypoallergenic?

Our pieces are crafted from stainless steel and feature 18K gold plating, but please note that sensitivities may vary. Please review the product details and consider your personal skin needs before making a purchase.

20. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference. Exception: If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us your order number, first and last name, and clear photos of the damaged item. If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

21. How do I start a return?

Please email us hello@shopjusttrendy.com before returning anything.

We’ll review your request and provide the correct return address along with the next steps. Packages sent without contacting us first may experience delays.

22. What happens if my package is returned undelivered?

If your package is returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver it (due to no one being home or no safe place to leave it), we will issue a refund for the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you'd still like the items, you're welcome to place a new order through our website.

23. Do you cover the cost of return shipping label?

At this time, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please make sure to contact us by email before sending your item back so we can guide you through the process.
